Enrolment

Ontario Visiting Graduate Student Plan (OVGS)

The OVGS Plan allows a graduate student registered at a University in Ontario (Home University) to take graduate courses at another Ontario (Host) University without completing further admission formalities. Students pays fees only to their home university. Courses must be at the graduate level courses, required for the degree program, and not be available at Waterloo. Details of this program are available through the Graduate Studies Calendar - see OVGS. (OVGS application form)

Note: If you are a University of Waterloo student, grades will appear at the top of your unofficial transcript when they are available from the host institution.

Since institution deadlines vary, grades may be delayed by several weeks. Students participating in the OVGS program must forward all inquiries concerning outstanding grades to their home institution.
